OD Bar in Player Profile

More of a W2 question, but If there is No OD bar in your Profile, does that mean you dont have any troops at all;

I mean like this:

Insert Name Here
Points: XXX
Tribe: XXX

Compared to the Standard:

Insert Name Here
Points: XXX
Opponents defeated: XXX (XXX.)
Tribe: XXX

I have seen a couple of players in this World who should have troops, yet not have the Opponents defeated Value in there Profile, Even if they are Passed Beginner Protection, i just wanted to know because it was kind of Annoying me. Oh and if this question has already been answered, can someone Link me to it, i Tried the Search button, but couldnt find anything, Thanks

It means the player has yet to make an attack.
