opponents # of troops

I attacked someone earlier and they had 23 spearmen and 13 off them were killed, does this mean (assuming he has recruited anymore troops) if i attack agaiin he'll only have 10 or is it possible some of his troops were not used in the fight?

Not all of a player's, or even a village's troops have to be used in battle.
Only those sent in and "attack" are used and only those still left in the village when an attack lands are used.

He could very well have 200 more somewhere else.
I assume you refer to the 200 pointer from earlier? If so, I would imagine 23 spears is all he had.

You sent spears to attack him without scouting, right?
You should be aiming to kill spears using axes.

It is possible that:
A) He could have dodged with some of his troops, only leaving some left
B) Those were all his troops
C) That was support from another player

In all cases, he can still recruit more for if he has barracks level 1.


All troops in the village when the attack hits are used in the attack though.

Ha almost, I attacked someone and the 'someone' didnt like it so he sent this 200 pointer:icon_wink: to come and do a job for him.
Man I have so many questions..
