Well i know they were changed recently, to stop the fraud that had been happening, however on-top of the new 'Transfer Embargo' for so long-a-time, i can't even send 200, 1 months worth, away. Because only 400pp is transferable?

I'm confused, any one explain this, and can a someone please look into this, as 200 is still easily transferable on .Net and i can transfer after redeeming there too.

You purchased 400 recently enough for them to not be transferable, thus since you now have less than 400 none of what you have is currently transferable.

This can happen with SponsorPay, some of the schemes allow the sponsor to withdraw the gifted points for a certain period after they have been awarded - e.g. 24-48hrs

It happens with paypal as well, recent change.
