Restarting in a tribe

Can i just check if this is true...

If a player restarts when afilliated to tribe, do they restart in the middle of that tribes domain?

When you get rimmed, yes, but not when you choose to restart.

You get the choice of random, North west, South west, North east, South east and centre of tribe.

You only get the option "Centre of tribe" if you were nobled otherwise you only get the other 5.

that is really handy to know as i wasn't sure about that either

I cant be sure of this, but im pretty sure that if you cant choose your starting location on a world this doesnt apply.
You will just be given a village at random.
