Yea 18:00 would be ideal for a lot of people, but then those times would only allow a 4 hour round each day? A 10am start would be better, but then for people who work or go to school it wouldn't be that fair.
I guess if you could mix it up, some start earlier and some start a bit later.

12 - 21 (9 hour round, don't need any longer than that realy for 300 - 400 speed)

^ thats a 400 speed and 5 hours long with coin acad.
Rounds with coin acad:
400 speed rounds make 5-6 hours long. (take away 1 hour for constant noble price rounds)
300 speed rounds make 7-8 hours long. (take away 1 hour and a half for constant noble price rounds)
250 speed rounds make 9 hours long. (take away 2 hour for constant noble price rounds)
200 speed rounds make 10-12 hours long. (take away 2 hour and a half for constant noble price rounds)
take away 1 hour from each for constant noble
All rounds make barbs grow to 1500 then it makes people fight other people and not noble barbs all day.
Monday - Friday have some 400 speed rounds from like 17:00/18:00 - 23:00 (be more active as people get back from school at them times and could add in some bash or cat rounds)
Weekends:
Saturday 10am - 10pm with 200-300 speed rounds
or
Saturday 10am - Sunday 22:00 with 100/150 speed rounds (36 hour round add 8 hour sleep mode?)
Don't need rounds to last so long.

I hardly play speed... infact I've played 1 or 2 rounds on uk speed. Might play more if it gets more active.
