Support hours of operation

Hi, anyone know when the support teams work? My friend has appealed a ban, same as me. I did mine yesterday and it got taken off in about 15 minutes. He did his today (Saturday) and it is still on hours later. Does he have to wait until Monday?

To answer your question on the ingame staff's working hours they are online as often as they can and there are no office hours as such! In fact they fell about laughing when I showed them your post and they would love to be A: Paid B: have a holiday and pension scheme and C: an office so they can bring in some plants and put rude notices on the fridge about whose sandwich is who's!

Also UK server has got the quickest ticket response time out of all the TW servers so shows how hard they do work!
