As long as your paper is the only newspaper in the forum (and as far as i can see it currently is), then by default it becomes the official one.

Forum news papers (though to be honest, a more accurate word for it would be newsletter), always spice up the PnP environment.

I hope you guys have a good humour team. Some funny and relevant comics would really improve the quality of your material
