Depends how many villages you have and in what time period you noble the said villages.

lols, well if your villages were 5 at zero hour, day 1, then you would be able to farm 25000 on day 20 if your farm runs were perfect and your villages were an 'absolute', rising by 1000 per day, so approximately 245 days (with an 'absolute' of (5 villages + days on world) *1000. But this does not take into account time to get first 5 villages, efficiency of farming, villages lost or gained.

if you can get 75 villages after 175 days then you will hit the 250K limit...

or just keep your 1 village for 250 days and your hit the 250K limit...
