whats the best to build once you are able to build them all ?

should I just purely concentrate on heavy cavalry ? or do I need all of them ? the way the stats read Heavy cavalry are the best ? in 1 one to one with anything ?

Well each troop has their own Pro's and Con's, Also as for what troops you build it depends on what type of village you have. Most people devide their villages between offensive, deffensive, Scout, and church villages (depending on their style and world settings)

if you were to defend with offensive troops such as an ax, your troops would most likely die. For example if you have 1,000 ax and someone attacks you with 500 ax, you will lose all of your ax, while they only lose 100 or so.

So first you need to decide what your village build will be.
Then you must find out your world settings, so that you know what units you have. Some units have Paladins, archers, and mounted archers, where as others do not.
