If you move a paladin to a village and send an attack before he gets there but the attack doesn't land until after the paladin gets there, does the attack get the weapon bonus?

if u mean that the paladin is not traveling with ur attacking troops, then no, those troops wont get the bonus.
it doesnt matter if the paladin is in the village of which u are attacking from, the paladin needs to be in the attacks that u want to use the weapon in.

Why does it only specifically say you have to send the paladin on the attack for it to work for the scepter then?
