Your asking the same question in numerous posts 
Ive answered in both your other posts, but il answer again here.
Restarting or deleting your account wil leave the village as it was when you occupied it, anyone will then be able to farm or noble it.
Unless you have more than one village and one of your villages has catapults the only way to make your current village worse for someone who is nobling it is to demolish your buildings, but that takes time and your limited to how many you can queue at any one time.
