world three nobles

can enybody please tell me if i can get back resources stored in my academy? ive filled it up but it wont let me build a noble! (this is my second academy my first was knocked down will this make a difference it was in a different village)

Resources aren't stored in the academy, they are just stored on your account.

You can't build a noble because you haven't got enough academies

1 level 2 academy = 2 nobles

If you have 3 villages and only 1 level 2 academy, then you cant make another noble until you upgrade your academy or build a new one.
