This really is more what you would ask in a support ticket.
However ive used much more... dodgy pics in many of my sigs that thar hasnt batted an eyelid at so I would say that is perfectly fine.

I doubt it, even if there was a problem with it then you'd most likely get told to remove it or the admin would remove it themselves, it would have to be a pretty extreme CoA to get you banned on the spot.

Actually, in regards to rule breaking, that is exactly what the support ticket is for (along with the other options it has). Asking in-game questions (like whats the best unit for example), is not what the support tickets are for.
But it doesn't matter where questions like these are asked, so long as the answers are right.
