Just because you declare on someone, does not give you the right.
For example, Lio. We argued we had more right than WET to recruiting etc., due to the fact we warred them. They were technically 'at war', but we hardly bought that did we? Declaring doesn't give you an autmoatic right.

If you beat an enemy singlehandedly, would you give up villages/players to other tribes?

Well , i dont claim to read the bible of TW - but what i believe is that when you defeat another tribe and they declare their defeat to you publically - you essentially own all of that tribe in what ever way you see fit - Those you want you take in -- Those you dont want remain YOUR refugees to hunt down as long as you wish -
TEA declared their defeat to us (T4H family ) - publically and privately - and those who wish to bring up the stats - feel free - although FW and T4H were both envolved in a war against TEA -- its is blatantly obvious which tribe was winning and which was just 'hanging on'
It was up to us to do what we liked with TEA members and it was our right after fighting for 5 months to 'absorb' those who had earnt it -

ALL of this i mailed to FW leaders 3 weeks ago and they refused to back down -- even holding onto EXP players who mass launched at us 1 hr before joining FW -

Both of those statements are flawed. And who did FW invite that was under attack? No-one. You clearly know nothing of the situation, and I don't like to be blunt, but stop making yourself look like a fool.

Ok, I was in TFA, and I didn't have incomings. Pretty sure Mr Monster and Superhoops didn't have much either - and besides if they did, doubt they even lost a village to you guys. Future Financier was only invited after you started attacking.
And why should I stay out of it, when you are talking directly about me? I have as much right to voice my opinions as you do - regardless of how much they differ (which inevitably they will).
As for the 17 tribe change, lets list and explain them (to others reading pay close attention to the dates):

*FW* has its faults, and I won't ever say otherwise. I was at war with T4H and *FW* for months, so I wouldn't exactly be full of praise straight away either! Considering my two neighbours - Rand Al Thor, and The Dragon Reborn deleted their accounts, I've also been extremely unsettled. I have been on the verge of switching to T4H on many occasions, as I know various members of your council and tribe, and have a great deal of respect for them. Things haven't been the same in my area since the w00t days. So yes I have had plenty of bad things to say about FW, and I have also said in mails that I viewed it as a 'temporary home.' I even said the same about EXP when I joined. I spent 4 days tribeless trying to make the correct decision about which tribe to offer my loyalty next. I have always wondered if I made the right choice or not. However now there is a war, and I am in FW, I am going to fight for the tribe. Regardless of how settled or not I am in the tribe.
I'm not going to hide what I have said. And I haven't hid the fact I have been unsettled from the FW council.

In my opinion we (as K75 group) were neither mass invited into FW, nor were we being effectively attacked by T4H, and indeed the majority of those invited had no incomings at all.
Apologies for saying 'stop making yourself look like a fool' in my previous post, didn't mean to make it personal - that is unlike me, I would normally make my statements much more neutral, as prefer to have a good rapport with friend and foe alike.
Either way though, I still believe that the two statements you made are ultimately flawed, and I imagine that we won't agree with each other.
In my opinion;
*FW* didn't mass recruit us, we approached them. T4H were hardly even having a pop at us, and considering there was a gap before we joined FW, we weren't refugees. Indeed from what I understand your council stopped players they didn't want joining, whom they say as refugees - such as future financier.
So 1) wasn't a mass recruitment
2) T4H stopped the 'refugees' from joining anyway - everyone else wasn't being effectively attacked.

Well members were under attack - and Mr Monster did mass launch at one of our players 1 hr or so before joining FW
Nukes on him continued as they had been - well after he joined - none of this matters any more
FW did what they did - and it had re precussions -

So would you have said it would have been fair then, for you guys to recruit mrmonster, and *FW* the rest of K75? Either way, we would never split up due to loyalties to each other, so moved as a group. Indeed *FW* probably deserved to recruit more players than T4H, considering a lot more were under attack from *FW*.
And I really don't mind you making it personal - I'm not sure how much people actually have on me anyway?
And yes, I am pretty TW unlucky. We always joked in our K, that we seemed to get through a duke a month.

No... The point of this post was to highlight and moan about the lack of a declaration was it not ?

I believe the angle is that against TEA, you were rather ineffective, whereas T4H had been making sufficient gains... And with EXP/TFA, *FW* hadn't exactly excelled either...
