Terrorists attempted to blow up a metro system using briefcase bombs as in the train attacks. This time, guards were ready for such as occasion and apprehended the terrorists before they could cause any damage. Explosives were discovered on the tracks which were disamred by a bomb squad. This led to the capture of an attempted suicide bomber who wished to board the train.

A local government leader was assassinated by a hidden sniper causing panic among some. The vice leader who stepped in became very against the newly merged government. However, one of his friends noticed him acting strangely and discovered that there had been threats to kill his family. The man and his family have been taken into protection.

Another attack on the advanced facility took place but security had been stepped up hugely since the last time so the attackers were defeated and ended up taking their own lives.

The people of Panama are now fearful of more attacks, some unrest has been caused. A number of Tunisians are bemoaning their luck of moving from one terror hot spot to another.

People of Sudan. It is not rare for you to be going through a civil war and we believe that the people are always right and so this is the fault of the government for their violence towards the people and their mass-killing of innocent people.
What we offer you is a stronger government which is fairer, helps the people more and can provide more jobs everywhere. We can also provide better sanitation, clean water for all, houses built properly and good medical services; all this can be yours if you want it too.

We have had a lot of people from Sudan trying to get into our country and so we have taken this as a sign that they come to our government and country as a safer place and a place of equality where they can be taken away from all the violence and treated fairly. Instead of you coming over to us, we ask if you'd prefer us to come over to you and help you in this fight for your basic needs. We have a strong military if needed which we hope it isn't so we can provide safety for you, we also have a strong economy which we can use to help fund your economy into a state where it can operate as efficiently as possible and create more jobs and get us enough money to effectively get water to everyone.

We ask you, the people first, if you wish for us to help you in this conflict or for us to settle this diplomatically. We will not do anything without your consent.

I urge the people of our great nation to stay calm in this time of great trying. It seems we've become a target for terror attacks against our people. Fear not however, as the latest attacks have shown, we have taken this with the utmost seriousness and taken the necessary precautions. There was only one casuality this time around. We are of course not pleased with this but we are doing everything we can to secure our national security.

I also urge all people to report any suspicious activity or sighting of any larger arm than a handgun to be reported to the authorities so they may act swiftly on the information and possibly prevent some future crisis.

Malaysian response to civil war in Sudan:

The government of Malaysia would first of all like to emphasize its deep sense of empathy for the people living in the civil-war torn Sudan.
It seems to us that although nearby countries are happy to take away your independence they are not making any move to try and stop the violence.
We would like to suggest an intervention by the African union with out own troop contributions in which we can stop the violence and being both sides of this conflict to the table. It is clear there is much disagreement between the North and South of Sudan, ask the African Union with our help to allow both sides of this conflict to work their differences out peacefully through negotiations.
Perhaps we could come to an agreement in which Sudan splits into two separate nations, at the north-south border if that is what the people want, but one thing is for sure this violence has gone on too long.
Malaysia will also be donating 150 million to accommodate these negotiations and to supply the African Union with however many of our army personnel they think they would require for a successful peacekeeping mission in the Sudan.
We would also like to suggest that other countries around the world also donate and take an interest here, after all more wars are the last thing we need and we can see that clearly when we look at the crisis with India and The Persian empire.

7) Education:
-Buy more textbooks for the primary and secondary schools. Buy modern ones and try to use these as well as other things to give the children more fun ways of learning whilst also teaching them the things they want to know. Advertise school as a good place to go to.
-Buy more modern equipment like microscopes and things like this to do more practical lessons in science. Buy the best we can for the subjects of science, and maths.
-Start to make it mandatory for all children to learn English or American in primary and secondary schools as a second language so they can talk to people overseas better.
-Give lessons on the cultures of some countries and incorporate it into language lessons.
-Give lessons to the older students on safe sex, how rape is not allowed, and that it is advised but not mandatory to have sex only when married.
-Give citizenship lessons where the children will learn how to become better citizens when they are older.
-Give regular talks on careers in schools and show the large variety of choice the children can have in their choice of jobs.
-Aim to get the education as one of the best in the continent with as much funding necessary - $700,000,000
