Hmmm? vs Tophat

can I ask why thats laffable?
Its called team work
Something alot of tribe have no idea about?
did he take the village?
If so then goes down as a good op in my book
Like i said its how the tribe works together that counts
and every tribe we've hit up to now haven't had any

Why is it laughable? You are aware that Shalah is not in Hmmm, yes?

376 Shalah Avaz 192.893 20

It is that which makes it laughable; that a player with over 1,000,000 points needed a considerably smaller player to clear the village for him.

Also, bare in mind that Jojomodjo now has 146,000 points. Does this not strike you as an absolute farce, given the bravado Hmmm? have been extolling about how aggressive and how far superior they are?

well one thing is for sure
we don't back down and run away to a tribe that then asks us for some kind of diplomacy? so before you try to flame me
look at your passed tribes?
If you can say you've even done half what Hmmm? have done then please open your mouth and shout it out other wise with respect go back to doing what you do best

. . . the vast majority of that makes very little sense, and I have no control over what either my former tribe Tophat or my current tribe do. In fact, the only tribe I did make the decisions in is one which you broke the agreed NAP time length for, so it may be wise not to pull at that thread, yes?

Am I criticising Hmmm? No. I am pointing out that for a player with over 1,000,000 points waiting for a player with 190,000 points from another tribe to clear an isolated village belonging to a player with 146,000 is an absolute joke, and I am sure that, if the player was not in Hmmm, you could see this too.

Ah yes, again with my notorious tribe-hopping - when will I ever shake this shackle that hurts me so.

Old tribe New tribe Date/Time Points
None Avaz 27th July 2010 - 16:17:33 38
Avaz Tophat 16th November 2010 - 22:05:02 196,974
Tophat CRUZ 29th December 2010 - 22:16:07 468,677

. . . mm'kay pumpkin?

any idea why she only has 146,000 points???? - because we have systematically as a team been taking down her vills - has she quit? - why does she need you to look after the vills.

Facts don't always paint the whole picture, especially if they are given in isolation. The troops in the her ex-village had come from a variety of player, probably including you. You will find that many of her ex-vills were cleared by one player to be nobled by another, including many I cleared for other players.

Nice try Kilroy - but its the end result that counts- TOPHAT gone due to the leadership running away

Erm, 'systematically'? Her positioning is right next to the Hmmm? frontier, she had 330,206 at the start of the war, and after declaring on Tophat on the 10th December, Hmmm? have managed to reduce her to . . . 139,359 points. 'Systematic' is hardly the term I would use, especially considering the size of the Hmmm? members that are bordering her.

Facts don't always paint the whole picture, especially if they are given in isolation.

Regardless, it is indeed a fact that you relied on a 2-man tribe who's total tribal points is not even a sixth of your point score to clear a completely isolated village. And so, allow me to emphasise, once again, it is laughable.

The troops in the her ex-village had come from a variety of player, probably including you.

Given that you are fully aware that I am currently sitting Jojomodjo's account, it seems very peculiar that you assume that her villages have support from me, as this is a genuine impossibility.

You will find that many of her ex-vills were cleared by one player to be nobled by another, including many I cleared for other players.

Why, thankyou for explaining to me the concept of teamwork. However, given Hmmm's attitude of superiority to every other tribe on W5, it strikes me as being utterly ridiculous that Hmmm? need to co-ordinate with a tribe totalling 257,000 points is an absolute joke.

Nice try Kilroy - but its the end result that counts- TOPHAT gone due to the leadership running away

My heavens! This is a point that I actually agree with you on. Had the Duke acted responsibly, Hmmm? would have had a much tougher challenge, as so far the only impressive players I've seen participate in this war are J3east and Kashmir Tuchas.

Again its nice to see you haven't let reality get in the way of your posts, Kilroy.

How do you know what the quid per quo was with the other tribe? You have no idea if I was relying on it or not, or if I had the troops to do it anyway.

The village in question has been stacked for ages one of your death stars as my contact told me, certainly before you were sitting the account, so it is quite plausible your troops could have been there.

Even if you laugh at me, I am glad some in Hmmm impresses you.
Your clearly not impressed with your own sides contribution

I'm not sure if you are aware that the real tophat players have all quit, players who are of a higher caliber than the vast majority of hmmm, tophat were easy pickings get over yourself you nobled a tribe that was already in a downward spiral

A tribe already on a downward spral?
Then would that have been a good move on our part to have seen that and to hit them?
you know while they are down and all that?
Never mind, lets hope that CLOAK stand up a little more, I really hope so about time a tribe stood up and gave us a fight, instead of there members running away to other tribes and bringing that tribe into a war.
But good luck to both sides

As for TopHats founds leaving, yes agreed, the 3 members that started it are great players, Joe and others quit. But its up to the tribe to move on and take in good player to move the tribe along.

I agree it was a good move from Hmmm?

and regarding moving on and finding good players, we both know they are in extremely short supply on this world

Ah yes, the insults into people's personal lives; always a desperate sign, that

How do you know what the quid per quo was with the other tribe? You have no idea if I was relying on it or not, or if I had the troops to do it anyway.

Well, predominantly because you have not denied it until this point. It all seems a bit too convenient that your attacks landed shortly after Shalah hit it with four nukes, and since Shalah is known good friends with iPrEdAtOr - who has been active in attacking Jojomodjo - it smacks of a level of-co-ordination that a 1,137,000 point player should not rely upon to take out someone with 146,000 points.

The village in question has been stacked for ages one of your death stars as my contact told me, certainly before you were sitting the account, so it is quite plausible your troops could have been there.

Well, this is purely speculative, so I shall not entertain such a notion.

Even if you laugh at me, I am glad some in Hmmm impresses you.

Again, here I agree with you entirely. I am unimpressed with my own sides contribution as there are an awful lot of Hmmm? members that are simply not good enough, and are there for the taking. For instance, take the 11 second noble train I sniped using my nose last yesterday evening.

Laughable

Hardly worth this reply.

Not sure how I am insulting your personal life.

Your issue with co-orepartion is purely speculative, so I shall not entertain such a notion.

A hole was left for a snipe so I could wipe more of your defensive troops with a low wall, and you fell for it. Cost to me was 1 packet and a few LC.

Never mind

Oh but of course, it was all planned! that's why there was only 100 LC and 1 noble in a train you knew I would snipe. If that's the case, why not include a stronger escort with the noble? That way I would have been on lower loyalty AND lost my defensive troops.

Additionally, if it was all planned, how come there is currently only 1 incoming from yourself to a village with more loyalty then 1 noble can take?

Cue the rolly eyes - :icon_rolleyes:
