10 flags x 3 = 30 flags + 2 bonuses = 32 could get a 14% res flag.

120.prem points for 20% of each resource increase for 38.days.

Either 2 market trades or 2 reduction in time for buildings or 1 resource 20% reduction for a building

So you could do quite a bit with 1.5k prem.

Maybe buy 2nd hand computer games. Do a little shopping for the house. Buy gas or electric for your home.

Get into a club for £15 with a free drink + buy another one with the £4

Go arcade or bowling.

Buy 1.5k prem points on a different server lol

So you could do quite a bit with £19

Or you could buy rope a few times :D

Actually I think you could get a pretty big bucket of chicken from KFC too for that amount of money.
