Celph is active with 3 players on his account maybe more...?
they can afford to dodge and save D a clever player will know they can do this to save D to use for sniping.
Just better not dodge the D for my nobles like last time.

Anyway, kicking pabi would be a worse decision, for as long as he is Ui: he is a main target, kick him for inactivity and more attacks will end up on Celph, making them have a much ahrder time. A probably, making them lose a lot of villages as-well.
Besides, Celph isn't that brilliant. I got 5 stray nukes launched at me, none timed to any account, and then i was able to knock down 2 walls to 0 because of this, and it would of been more if i hadn't already launched a lot of nukes to other villages. Sure, they are playing a good defensive game, dodging effectively, ratting out the fakes and knowing which moves are for scouts, but 1 aspect of the game, does not cover full ability.
