That does not mean that those will be the final settings. It just looks as if they are just testing them out as a possible candidate with increased speed.

if im not mistaken.. the game speed indicated the troop speed.

so and axe at speed 1 moves at 18 minutes per field, with game speed 100 it moves 100x the speed 1 speed (if that makes sense). if it said "game speed 100 unit speed 2" the units would be moving 200x quicker than normal speed.
