They look pretty promising. Neon are in the outer ring k's and look like a half decent tribe. Some experience in their and they look like they have some communication. Quite active as well. I think they may be a dark horse.

The TRUE family seem to be growing in the SW. It looks like they will have K74, now attempting to expand into K73. They seem like mass-recruiters, boy do I hate the stench of em. Well, we'll see. What do you think?
