Looks like the Team Virtus experiment failed. As best as I can tell (as an outsider), it looks as though Virtus is reorganizing as Virtus Pheonix (VP). Discuss the world ramifications of this development.

Myself and my Baron Juke Airlines left the tribe over internal disputes...
We was after-all, asked to merge with TEAM by their own leaders and help run their tribe for them...
Only thing is their members were severely put out, by this. :icon_confused:
We then decided to Un-Merge from TEAM/Virtus to start again as Virtus Phoenix.
We have a certain way of doing things, TEAM's leaders were cool with it, TEAM's members wasn't...
Virtus and TEAM have officially Un-Merged.
We was after-all, asked to merge with TEAM by their own leaders and help run their tribe for them...

- They didn't interact well with their new tribe mates.
- They didn't use or even try to adapt to our new systems that we brought over with the leaders of TEAM's blessings...
- They didn't want us to lead them...
Virtus and TEAM have officially Un-Merged.

You guys didn't like me running your tribe, after i was asked by your own leaders to do so, so why am i going to let you use the systems i took hours to devise. :icon_neutral:

These are the true accounts.
You WAS NOT in any kind of leadership, nor were you in the Skype conversations with the leaders, when things were being arranged.
Your leaders asked US to merge with them, not the other way around...
The ONLY reason you didn't merge INTO my tribe, is that your leaders wanted to keep your ODA and ODD ranks... :icon_rolleyes:
Something i care very little about.
It was an equal merger and now its an equal un-merger...

I believe a smaller, organised and aggressive tribe is more fun and effective than a large beast. I am in a tribe like that, and I think Virtus will be a better tribe for the split.

SamuelJW was again a great contributer to the tribe and i respect him but have lost all the respect i had for you Darth, we weren't trying to stir things up over there, Jai and Juke were there to help and do what they can to keep the tribe a rank 1 tribe. They did the most work there.
In other words i'm quite glad we Un-Merged as i was getting sick and tired of P-Chan myself...
