Quality is preferable to quantity, I would rather see fewer but quality posts rather then many fluff postings. Infractions I believe are a standard penalty system built into vBulletin.

Up top, click on community > members, than click on reputation. it ranks from highest to lowest (unless you change it)

So it's not the best idea to spam the forums solely for increasing the own posting counter. :icon_wink: [/th]
But everyone knows, Infraction points are where it's at anyway.
