It's nothing to do with the new rule. You just had no transport craft to move your men over water.

I refuse to believe that Moses didn't have sex with anybody when he crossed the Red Sea. "Hey lady, I just parted the Red Sea, mind if I part yours?"

No descendants at all???

I kid. I'mma buy landing craft now.

We would help them with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_City,_Oman as well as help improve their financial and private sectors. We would invest at least $3 billion the first year.

Yemen - 22,917,485
Somalia - 9,359,000
Total Population - 32,276,485
Budget: $6.9 billion

Domestic Affairs/Economy:

Start construction of the Bridge of the Horns $600 million ETA 3

Form a new national currency, the United Arab Dinar. Currently our exchange rate to the Euro is 1 Euro = 293.440 Yemeni Rials. Aim to cut that by 75% at least. Get our best finance experts and hire the people that worked on the Euro to help out. $1 billion ETA 3

Build underground systems in Yemen and Somalia, have a very futuristic (but not silly) look, and high-speed metro cars. Be sure that security is good, have CCTV cameras and undercover cops riding on random trains. $800 million ETA 3

Expand irrigation networks to cultivate large amounts of otherwise arid land for farms. $300 million

Modernize and expand airports, allowing for a greater capacity of passenger and cargo planes. Link the high-speed rail network for industry to the cargo airports. Expand security too. $400 million

Expand the telecommunication system, put in some regulation where needed, and fund for cutting edge tech and development. $350 million

Modernize the industrial and manufacturing sectors, as these make up a good chunk of our imports. Aim to have a larger portion of machinery and construction materials produced in Somalia and Yemen. $300 million

Raise the minimum wage by $1.75, to keep up with inflation over the years. Break this up into smaller portions over the months so companies have the option to increase pay immediately, or gradually during the year.

Hire a good campaign staff and propaganda writers. Focus on the economic development we have done, and the engineering feat of the Bridge of the Horns that we are working on with Djibouti. We are working on a stronger national currency that will boost our economy. We have helped out industries and business, as well as the common man and woman.

Foreign Relations:

Oman - Ask Oman to merge, we have enjoyed very close relations over the past years, we are very close culturally. We have worked together on several major projects, and we can do much more united. We would help them with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_City,_Oman as well as help improve their financial and private sectors. We would invest at least $3 billion the first year.

UAE -

Djibouti -

Purchase 3 modern http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarantul_class#Projekt_1241-RE_.27Molniya.27.2FNato:_Tarantul_III $210 million

Send 3 Saqr MBTS and 3 Sword of Allah IFVs to UAE for trial tests

Train troops in desert warfare, having them getting familiar with new equipment like the Saqr and Sword of Allah. Have them focus on defensive combat operations and coordinating with artillery and air force to disrupt enemy supply lines, as well as practicing breaking up enemy spearheads. Teach them false retreat tactics and train codebreakers to spy on enemy communications and crack codes. Have officers learn about various attack and counter-attack methods, and common false attacks so they can ID them easier.

Military Personnel - 276,952

Domestic Affairs/Economy - 4.7 billion
Construct stable, strong, low cost high quality housing across Burkina Faso in areas with high homeless levels and areas with large markets. The housing should be apartment blocks, two story housing, bungalows etc., generally whatever is in demand. - 500 million

Launch a sexy campaign this year. Hold meetings showing economic growth details, how we've done well under my leadership etc. Hire propaganda ministers and launch different types of advertising to ensure we get our message across. - 200 million

Upgrade the ports across Togo, Ghana and Benin. Ensure they're some of the most modern in Africa and can transport and hold items with ease. - 1 billion (Done this year).

Continue to improve the healthcare of Burkina Faso. Modernize hospitals, repair them and repairs are not enough construct new facilities. Ensure we have modern equipment and well trained staff. At current we lack modern equipment, we lack hospitals in areas because they are generally restricted to large cities and we are massively understaffed. We will request the WHO, the UK, France and China to send professionals to train our own to we have that amount more skill and knowledge on the table. - 1 billion

Continue to improve the education system of Burkina Faso. We lack teachers, we have lower educational quality in rural areas, and high repetition and drop-out rates. Our education system should be modelled on the UK's, with modern facilities. Schooling should be compulsory for the same terms as the UK. Invite professionals from the UK, France and China to assist with our programme and teach our own staff. In schooling, careers internally should be encouraged, such careers as teachers, nurses, doctors, professors etc., generally jobs that will advance our nation and move it forward. - 1 billion

Invest in the mining sector of Burkina Faso. They have such materials as copper, iron, maganese and gold. Ring fence the money as usual. Attempt to grab some shares, what we acquire merge into our mining corporation, especially gold as we have the second highest production, and im to go higher. - 1 billion

Foreign Relations
Nigeria - Offer economic advisors to Nigeria and request they help train our troops. Give a speech about our 'special relationship' of which we have and how it draws our countries together. Point out similarites in culture, history etc. and offer them a merge. We'd pledge vast amounts, atleast 2 billion every year for 3 years into the systems of Nigeria. We'd construct homes and create jobs and definately cut the crime rate with more funding towards police.

Niger - Offer Nigeria an alliance. Send them some Economic Advisors if they want. Base the alliance on the progress of Africa as a whole to become a stronger place and that we'd like to start with gaining good relations with Niger.

Mali - Attempt to develop on relations. Offer them Economic Advisors and Military personnel to assist with the structure of the country.

UN - Point out President Silver's large military build-up, especially of craft to take him to Sudan. Call for sanctions to prevent any sort of invasion, and a demilitarized zone towards the West of his country to ensure he can't invade.

Research

Military - 1.885 billion
Kora Class Corvette x8 - 410 million
DelhiClassDestroyer x3 - 600 million
F-22P Zulfiquar Class Frigate x5 - 875 million

Summary
Stuff.
Spent all but 5 million :(

Official Response to Tea and Coffee's UN speech:

I do have to wonder why Tea and Coffee has such a vested interest in a country that is across a continent from him. It is apparent from his large naval build-up that he plans to escalate violence wage war on Yemen, causing many more deaths than an invasion where we'd offer an opponent a chance to surrender. We have given reasons for invasion, yet Tea and Coffee seems to want to defend these slaves from being free. We ask you to not allow Tea and Coffee to intervene, for he has no reason to. Sudan does not have any economic, political or strategic importance to Togo. His alliance and apparent infatuation with South Sudan is fine with us, we aren't invading South Sudan.

United Sahara gives its backing to Yemen considering President Onion only seems to be after his own gain and not wanting other countries to flourish as shown by his talks with Mali and this thing with Sudan.

The naval build-up of Togo, Ghana, Benin and Burkina Faso is nothing in the scale of President Silver's. We have vested but 1.885 billion in comparison to your 3.04 billion in military expenditures. We have but a few ships in our fleet, in which needs expanded for the protection of our people. Togo enjoys an alliance with South Sudan, in which if North Sudan was to fall our allies might be next. We are peaceful nation in Africa, that is why we did not send any troops, but we offered the nation our help and appealed to Diplomatic Nations. For there has been changes in the governments of Sudan. So yes, they have an economic and political importance.

President Silver, are you forgetting that war has been declared? Although your invasion failed, you still declared war. We beg your nation to end this war, for the peaceful future. Togo does not want violence nor bloodshed, but we do recognise that your government is strong, so we ask for peace. We have no intention of causing any war, especially with the grand nation of Yemen.

It is in our opinion that a Government under Lord Dan Win may not be the best choice for Mali, as we had informed them. We do not dictate Mali, it was their choice Mr. President. So please, cease your allogations, for you do not have anything to back them up with.

Silver, I'm hurt by the last bit you edited in. Isn't it Alliances that made WW1 & WW2? (This statement isn't anything to do with my speeches, so unofficial incase you try it).

And you declared war on "Sudan" which implies both, so yes, he does have every reason to speak up for his ally.

Edit:
President Silver has pulled these reasons out of history and did absolutely no prior investigations into the current situation of Sudan. What little integrity he may have had when deciding to invade "for the good of Sudanese people" should be nulled by his completely wrong conduct in this situation and ignoring any true attempts at peaceful and diplomatic solutions.(No, offering to merge and saying You'll make it better does not count.)

You purchased 16 ships. I purchased less than that. The only difference was that Amphibious assault ships are expensive, and you're purchasing more naval surface combat ships. Also, you threatened war in your original UN speech. I have no wish to expand into the Republic of South Sudan, and I respect their split from Sudan. Nor do I wish to expand west, north or South of Sudan, I apologize if my actions caused you to feel threatened for any reason. Our reasons for the invasion of Sudan have already been stated. Any strategic or economic reasons come last.
