Conquer the World - The Long March

I will basically say this and let you come up with your own conclusions... There were allegations of Fox using massive amounts of money to pay terrorists to burn down my trees and steal from the chinese. The finance minister deals with money usually. The finance minister and his employees have all been killed.

He was apprehended as we managed to get the transaction record authorized by himself as evidence and thus held court over him. He broke under the pressure and promised to help us. When we proceeded to transport him to a safehouse, he got shot right after exiting the courthouse. We had no reason to kill him.

Official Papua New Guinea response to the UN.

The government of PNG is absolutely outraged at these completely audacious and insulting courses of action taken by the UN!

Suggesting that Paraguay run this investigation is absolute nonsense. As one of the involved parties, they have absolutely no claim to be neutral during the course of this investigation. Anyone with a bit of common sense would have realised that.

The entire basis for this situation is word of mouth evidence given by some fanatical arsonists. And then "groundbreaking evidence" given by an unknown informant to Paraguay authories of all places! Information that the UN hasn't told us a single bit of.

As a matter of fact, the government and ruling body of Papua New Guinea first heard of the actions being taken by the UN on WORLD NEWS. This is a clear hint that the UN doesn't even recognize us as a independent and sovereign country which is one of the gravest insults to us ever. We demand a full and formal apology for this. That isn't all however, as if that wasn't enough, you decide to send your own investigators without asking for ANY permission or even co-operation from us. Moreso, they are conducting an investigation that involves government data without any kind of authorisation or permission.

The demand to release the "political prisons" has absolutely no legal or legislative right to support the UN in this. These people were found conspiring and commiting acts of treason against the country, not expressing different political views and yet you demand we hand them over without giving any legal ground to demand that upon. Requesting the release of our prisoners is making a mockery of our court system.

We will send our law enforcers to apprehend the investigators and give them exactly 1 chance to turn around be forcibly escorted to the airport and put on a plane, if they refuse or give any argument at all, detain them and take them to the detention center. We have not admitted any UN personnel to enter our country so they are nothing more but illegally entered persons conducting a private investigation into the affairs of our government.

These recent events have clearly shown that the leading members of UN think themselves completely above any and all laws and assume to have the right to do completely as they please and not consider other nations interests at all.

I want to criticise the actions of UN on the international press. Highlight how they have all breached so many forms of conduct in rushing through with this investigation, criticise their complete lack of progress(or is it action?) involving the China-Thailand military conflict that is escalating at a fast pace, them completely ignoring the foiled infiltration attempt of a Chinese top security military base and continued ignoral of the Russian-Japanese relations.

Paraguay are only lead observers in this investigation, as they managed to find several pieces of groundbreaking evidence and were the victims of several terrorists, although they have recently stated they want to take a more outside line on the investigation. Meaning the lead would be taken up by the European Union.

The security council had a meeting on the decision of informing/not informing your government on it's movement to seize government files. The security council had several fears that if the PNG Government was informed of it's investigation information relating to it could be deleted or hidden from the investigators. The United Nations does not require the permission from the PNG Government as the recent resolution passed gives the EU led UN investigation the legality to seize information from the PNG Database.

These 'political prisoners' are not going to be released without charge, they are going to undergo a fair trial and interrogation, as political prisoners charged inside the PNG would face an un-fair trial. Handing over these prisoners would promote justice in the region and go a long way into promoting the image of your justice system.

The arrest of United Nations investigators is illegal, if any investigator is arrested and sent out the country then the PNG Government will face strict sanctions. The investigators are already in government buildings and their security personal will take measures to protect themselves from any attempt to take them into detention.

The United Nations actions are completely legal. China-Thailand relations are completely fine, although I assume your talking about the China-Taiwan incident which is already being investigated and mediated by the United Nations as it's a large organization. While Russian-Japanese relations have been tense, it's only the most extreme politicians calling for military action and Russian-Japanese leaders are already meeting to cool relations.

Since when was the UN allowed to completely ignore a countries government and act as a law unto itself without even informing said government.
Since when did the UN get the right to demand prisoners released with no counter evidence and therby not only insulting the legal system of Papua New Guinea, but the whole region.
Since when was such bullish and aggressive action taken by the UN with the evidence being somebody's word against another's and the crime being, arson.
ESPECIALLY when there is a severe risk of war right on our back doors.
The government of Cambodia would like to know what they are doing about that rather than some crazed conspiracy that apparently the government of PNG would have a motive to set fire to Paraguayan forests.
We ask that whoever in the UN ordered such a undiplomatic response to this incident explain themselves at once and why they feel they felt it was necessary to begin unauthorized investigations in a foreign country, with the only lead being admission through Paraguayan interrogation, the UN did not even appear to do their own questioning. Essentially this whole investigation is based on unreliable secondary sources. Not only has this caused problems for Papua New guineas reputation but I imagine has also done damage to the whole worlds faith in the way the UN is being run.

The United Nations Security Council has voted on this issue and is concerned about the integrity of some aspects of the PNG Government has already proven corrupt.

The United Nations has had several failures in the past when acting non-aggressive, this evidence is not on the word of one individual it's the on the base of a long investigation on which we will report the results of the investigation soon.

The European Union were the driving force behind this particular resolution. We've taken reports and our own UN investigators and human rights experts have seen the prisoners in Paraguayan custody and found out that the claims said by the people captured merit a through and legal investigation.

Breaking News.

The United Nations investigation into the PNG Government has found an anti-government nationalist conspiracy led by certain nationalist factions inside the government acting against Prime Minister. The United Nations would like to offer it's full support to the sovereign government of Papa New Guinea and offer full assistance in it's time of need.

The report highlighted several incidents.

- Officials working against the government faked evidence and organized the arrest of several officials that were working together to expose the plot against the Prime Minister, including the finance minister who was reported to have been meeting the Prime Minister when he was assassinated by snipers.

- Officials also hampered investigations, as they ran several parts of the security services they managed to divert police and security service attention away from the nationalists and also managed to shut off security camera's and re-direct police officers in the vicinity of the sniper and plant explosives in office of low ranking officials that knew of the nationalist group in the government

Domestic Affairs/Economy - 6.05 billion
Expand the Togo Coffee Company to Benin. Buy up suitable lands without putting farmers out of business. The usual adoptions should be put in place, of constructing workers houses beside the farms. Try to balance jobs according to their skills - there's no point making a farmer out of anyone who is more suitable in an office handling our affairs. - 500

Improve the healthcare of Benin. Modernize hospitals, repair them and repairs are not enough construct new facilities. Ensure we have modern equipment and well trained staff. At current we lack modern equipment, we lack hospitals in areas because they are generally restricted to large cities and we are massively understaffed. We will request the WHO, the UK, France and China to send professionals to train our own to we have that amount more skill and knowledge on the table. - 1 billion

Improve the education system of Benin. We lack teachers, we have lower educational quality in rural areas, and high repetition and drop-out rates. Our education system should be modeled on the UK's, with modern facilities. Schooling should be compulsory for the same terms as the UK. Invite professionals from the UK, France and China to assist with our programme and teach our own staff. In schooling, careers internally should be encouraged, such careers as teachers, nurses, doctors, professors etc., generally jobs that will advance our nation and move it forward. - 1 billion

Construct stable, strong, low cost high quality housing across Benin in areas with high homeless levels and areas with large markets. The housing should be apartment blocks, two story housing, bungalows etc., generally whatever is in demand. - 500 million

Continue my usual action of having a full time campaign. This year, included in the campaign should be an attempt at gathering all support possible in Benin, as a young part of our collective group of nations. The usual procedure should continue, posters, rallies etc. -50 million

Invest in the mining sector of Benin that includes high quality marble, limestone and off-shore oil. Buy some shares, ensure the monies ring fenced on expansion of the companies. - 1 billion

Expand the West African Youth to Benin. Make quite a large recruitment drive to young population. Add some extra activities etc. to get the population onside, as we have only just gained control of the country we need to win favor. - 500 million

Upgrade the roads and transport links across Togo and Ghana. They should allow quick transport across the entire country, main ports and tourist locations should receive extra attention. Modernize the railways, construct highways and upgrade airport runways. Add Benin to the project, as we've included 500 million for their part. - 1.5 billion (Done this year :L)

Foreign Relations
Nigeria - Now that we are on rather good terms, I would like to propose an alliance between our two countries. If we implement an alliance, we can develop on our relations with depth, we can create a military link to destroy local illegal threats, such as terrorists, when needed and we can sponsor each others economies.

Offer Burkina Faso a merge. We share strong relations based on the likeness of our nations, of our people. We share history and culture, which draw us together. We can pledge billions to your healthcare and education systems. We can create jobs and homes. We can guarantee that we will improve the wealth of the nation and the standard of living for citizens.

South Sudan - Offer South Sudan an alliance. As quite an old nation ourself, we can share some support to a young government such as yourself. We would be happy to send economic advisors if needed.

[HeavenFox] – [Independent State of Papua New Guinea] – Turn [6]

[Independent State of Papua New Guinea] – [6,732,000]
[Solomon Islands] - [523,000]
Total: [7,255,000]
Government Expenditures: [$6,500,000,000] + [$1,470,000,000]

220px-Huli_wigman.jpg

Domestic Affairs/Economy - $4,000,000,000.
1) Start a new large project: Biogas powerplants
We will build two new powerplants that will utilize organic waste (by products of our agricultural farming. Also promote trash sorting and set up bins in cities that will sort organic and non-organic trash. This will be transported to the powerplant to produce power and the leftover redistributed to farmers as fertilizer.

The second one will be a major wastewater processing plant, in which we will put our cities water through the most modern cleaning and distillation techniques to ensure a high quality and clean water.
$2,000,000,000.
Powerplant ETA 2 / Waste water plant ETA 1

3) Build a large military factory and research complex in the far outskirts of Port Moresby, build it far enough for it to not get in any flight paths way. The complex will involve 3 large factories with complete underground complex and 1 research center. The factories will be specialised to produce: Ground vehicles - tanks, APC's, IFV's etc. Artillery - howitzers, MLRV's etc. Aerial vessels - Aircrafts and helicopters/gunships. $1,000,000,000.
*Specialise the tank factory for my Pandora C1 tank*

The complex will be a no-fly zone and restricted for everyone but the authorized personnel. Build an electric fence to keep our the innocent curious people. Set up MG nests in strategic points and some sniper towers to cover all angels. Stations some AA batteries as well. Anyone bypassing the electric fence will be given a warning shot, if it is ignored, lethal force is authorized.
ETA 1 turn

4) Set up a rapid deployment military unit, they will have several bases which are placed in order to get the most land covered. They will receive helicopters(Using some of the funding) that will be their main transport. These units will always be on stand-by for any emergency or infiltration/act of terrorism within our nation and be deployed right away. $350,000,0000.

5) Since we already have an unified agriculture exports government branch, I want to give it some extra funding to do routine checks on our agricultural output and check the quality of said goods. $20,000,000.

6) Some extra security precautions. $100,000,000. (PM-ed)

7) Build a new huge modern oil refinery as we currently only have 1 in PNG that belongs to a Canadian company. Use the best green technology available when building it and make sure the waste is recycled and cleaned as much as possible. The refinery should be really big in order to manage nearly all of our oil refining. $1,000,000,000.

8)

Foreign Relations -$0,000,000,000
New Caledonia, Nauru, Kiribati, Samoa, Tonga

Vanuatu - Offer them a merge. Since 80% of the population is involved in agricultural activities the economy is hugely dependant on export of agricultural goods. Accepting the merge would give access to natural resources like gas and oil, thus making the economy not so dependant and exporting goods would be made a lot easier using a more advanced country as a front. We also have a strong currency.

Fiji - Trade and investments are low due to no trust in Fiji. Merging into us would grant much better trust from the international community and investments would surely improve, if not foreign then at least investments from PNG. We can also help modernise the mining sector of Fiji. We can also set up more airlines between countries to promote tourism and provide cheap energy. We also have a strong currency.

Indonesia - We would like to purchase the western half of New Guinea. Since our economy has rapidly grown along with our education and healthcare, we have found us in a interesting situation: We have a lot of funds available to do with as we please but we have already improved our natural resources mining and other main industrial sectors. We are now looking to expand our domain and share our progress with our fellow melanesians. In return we'd be willing to accept exporting goods to Indonesia with minimal tariffs.
Research - $0,000,000,000.

Military - $1,550,000,000.
Purchase C-130 x 25 for $1,550,000,000.

Increase special forces recruits to 500.

Start up our own paratrooper division, planes will be the C-130 hercules arriving this year. We will use the standard special forces training as basis and go on from there. Personnel for the first year: 300.
Active Personnel: 14,510 (0,02%) [Total forces, including Special and para]

Infantry: PNGDF
Special forces regiment called "Pacific Elite". These soldiers are handpicked from the army for their skills and loyalty. They will be put through the SAS training regime(Trained with help from GB) Recruits: 300

Primary Equipment:
AT - Panzerfaust 3 (Disposable recoilless rifle, goal is to keep the squads highly mobile but well rounded against everything.)
Standard rifle - G36
Sniper rifle - M110
Backup pistol - Five-seveN
Armor - Dragon Skin
Explosives - C4
The Pacific Elite will be divided into 5man cells, in which there will be at least 1 Panzerfaust, 1 sniper, 1 modified LMG G36 variant and 2 standard G36's.

Standard Army:
Standard rifle - TAR-21
Pistol - Five-seveN
Armor - Improved Outer Tactical Vest
AT - RPG-29
LMG - MG4
Grenade Launcher - XM25
Anti-Material rifle - XM500
Sniper rifle - M110

Australia, New Zealand, France and several other nations are assisting in the training and the professionalisation of the PNGDF
while also receiving significant assistance and training support from Australia, New Zealand, the United States and other nations.

The United Nations peace-talks involving China and Taiwan have completely broken down and the situation has now turned to an all-out war between the two-sides with the Chinese and Taiwanese navy engaged in heavy fighting with reports that the Chinese are moving it's vast supply of missile craft and old soviet era frigates to clear a path for it's latest frigates/destroyers and aircraft carriers.

Above Taiwan fierce air-battles have taken place with no side getting an advantage so far, although some report that the United States are close to 'selling' the Taiwanese it's supply of F-22's to turn the tide of the battle.

The Russian Federation has constructed a massive military base with combined air, ground and naval command centres. According to some reports the Japanese have moved submarine patrols into the region to counter this new 'threat'

Public Finance Modernization Project:

If needed, build more desalination plants in Somalia to increase the amount of freshwater for consumption and agriculture. $600 million ETA 1

Start construction of the Bridge of the Horns $600 million ETA 4

Expand our fishing scheme to Somalia, build more aquapods, expand and modernize fishing fleets. $650 million

TNIEG Expand this and merge it with our Yemen energy company. $450 million

Form a new national currency, the United Arab Dinar. Currently our exchange rate to the Euro is 1 Euro = 293.440 Yemeni Rials. Aim to cut that by 75% at least. Get our best finance experts and hire the people that worked on the Euro to help out. $1 billion

Work to rid corruption from our legal and government systems. Form a team of investigators to weed out corrupt officials, and be sure these people aren't the types that take bribes. (do background checks, ect). $350 million

Modernize and expand our police forces, bring police experts from the UK to advise us on training procedures and equipment. $500 million

Modernize ports in Somalia, link them to major cities and industrial centers with a high-speed rail network, and increase security to prevent smuggling. $600 million

Build underground systems in Yemen and Somalia, have a very futuristic (but not silly) look, and high-speed metro cars. Be sure that security is good, have CCTV cameras and undercover cops riding on random trains. $800 million

Foreign Relations:

Oman - Ask Oman to merge, we have enjoyed very close relations over the past years, we are very close culturally. We have worked together on several major projects, and we can do much more united.

UAE - Ask the UAE if they are interested in purchasing some of our advanced MBTs and IFVs

Djibouti -

Taiwan - Ask if they would like to buy our IFVs (3.4m) and Tanks (8m). They are extremely advanced, and will prove invaluable in your war against China.

Egypt - Ask if Egypt is interested in our advanced MBT and IFV.

Eritrea - Send $50 million in economic aid to Eritrea, since their economy is suffering, apparently, and ask if they would like to increase trade.

Invasion of Sudan:

Reasons: Being the worst hellhole in Africa Numerous human rights violations, Genocide, Crimes against Humanity.

Evidence:
The U.S. government's 21 October 2002 Sudan Peace Act accused Sudan of genocide in the Second Sudanese Civil War (1983–2005), which has cost more than two million lives and has displaced more than four million people.[84][85] It is estimated that as many as 200,000 people had been taken into slavery during that war

Omar al-Bashir seized power in 1989 and created a totalitarian federal government supporting Arab militias terrorizing the southern regions, such as raiding non-Afro Arab villages and looting them both for property and for slaves.

the 2002 report issued by the International Eminent Persons Group, acting with the encouragement of the U.S. State Department, found the SPLA and pro-government militias guilty of abduction of civilians as well.

A letter dated 14 August 2006, from the executive director of Human Rights Watch found that the Sudanese government is both incapable of protecting its own citizens in Darfur and unwilling to do so, and that its militias are guilty of crimes against humanity. The letter added that these human-rights abuses have existed since 2004

Both government forces and militias allied with the government are known to attack not only civilians in Darfur, but also humanitarian workers. Sympathizers of rebel groups are arbitrarily detained, as are foreign journalists, human-rights defenders, student activists and displaced people in and around Khartoum, some of whom face torture.

Soldiers:100,000 troops

Blue Line is the Navy, Yellow is Air Force, Black is land troops

The navy is to clear the waters of Sudan's navy, with help from our multirole and ground attack fighters if needed.

The airforce will fly ahead of the main land forces (leaving 8 MiG 29s and 15 F-20s to provide protection against any air threat missed) to take out Sudan's air force and harass enemy troops and HQ.

Ground forces will split in half and land North of Port Sudan and South of Suakrin. They are to capture the two cities and rejoin forces, heading southwest along the Nile to capture Khartoum. Before they assault forces defending Khartoum, we will demand Sudan's surrender.

I would like to bring over many important schemes from Paraguay to help develop Bolivia - So, set up the: Agricultural reforms, Transport improvements, Reforestation plans, all Education reforms, Tax reforms, Homes and Jobs scheme and Corruption reforms. - $1.5 billion (ETA 2)

To increase tourism, increase the services industry and provide jobs - I would like to begin a huge project that will eventually become a transport base for the whole of South America.
This project is mainly to provide a large area that contains areas to travel from via plane, bus or car. An area to shop in through duty free shops and a large shopping mall. An area to stay via multiple hotels and An area to book and organise holidays.
These will be the main components of the large area:
- An Airport with a long runway, hangars for commercial and private planes to be hired out. Large international airport, bigger than other airports in Bolivia and Paraguay and should perhaps be the focal point of the Area.
- 2 large Hotels (1 5 star, another 3 star), a row of houses that can be rented out and Staff accommodation.
- A large shopping mall that has everything a mall should have; shops, restaurants, cafes etc etc..
- A bus station and car hiring facility.
- A tour guide, information booths, travel agents and places where you can hire sherpas, guides and locals from.
It is called the: Central Paraguay/Bolivia complex. It should be located near Santa Cruz so it's close to the border but also close to a major city.

External Affairs and Diplomacy

All countries in the world - Advertise the P-12 light tank. It's a tank made predominantly from lightweight armour with weak points detected and protected. It has great firepower and is a top class IFV which contains a smoothbore turret. It uses wheels mainly, although there are tracks included for tough terrains making it a brilliant vehicle for all terrains. The standout point really is it's speed, agility and firepower which puts it ahead of other light tanks and into the Tank destroyer/IFV zone. We are offering each tank at a cost of 2.3m each, which is currently the one of the cheapest light tanks on the market, and possibly one of the best too. Here are the schematics:
This light tank is a mix between a APC, an IFV and a tank. Primarily designed to work in jungles and places where it is hard to maneuver. The structure of the tank/IFV is a basic slim core, with tracked wheels instead of treads, this allows greater mobility and a higher speed. To counteract the possibility of getting stuck in bad terrains, there will be treads available inside the tank to attach across the wheels if it seems likely the tank will run into difficulties.

The Chassis: made of Aluminium to make it lightweight with Titanium in strategic places. Chobham armoured engine and fuel supply to stop explosions of the fuel.

Armament: This is where the P-12 comes into it's own as it's a mix between an IFV and a light tank. There is a 105mm smoothbore rifle gun on the front as the main weapon of choice, supported by supporting bars on the front of the tank, the gun itself can fire standard HE frag shells as well as HESH shells. There are a total of 3 secondary Machine guns, all of them M2 Brownings, on the back and one on either side of the light tank, with holes for the machine guns to poke out of the side, but still making the tank airtight enough. The tank will also be able to project smoke grenades out of the side to provide cover when necessary, and there should be a multitude of weapons on board for emergencies.

Engine: The Engine will be at the back and along the bottom of the tank instead of conventional front engines. This means I would also like a strong base to protect against IEDs blowing up the fuel supplies. The Engine will be a very strong but light: A 1300 HP engine, turboshaft with 3,750 N-m of torque at it's peak.

Battle management system: C4ISR battle-management system.

Peru - We would like to offer you a merger. In my time in office I have improved nearly every major aspect of Bolivia and Paraguay. I am now 6 years in my tenure and Paraguay and Bolivia are both a lot better off, with money thrown into all of the most important aspects. Healthcare, education, transport, Income inequality, Rehoming, Unemployment, Agriculture, reforestation, Corruption, economy and Agriculture have all been hugely improved during my time in office. Now, I want to help more and more countries - I want to help Peru with the same things I've done with Bolivia and Paraguay. I want to take Peru to the next level up and put all 3 countries on the map. Together we can do this, by merging we form a new superpower in South America - and one with a huge future. What we can do for you, is provide significant amounts of money to best provide shelter and protect against natural disasters which have plagued your country. We can put vast sums of money into providing jobs to combat unemployment and increase your demographic! If you were to merge into us - we would make sure everyone who can work has a job, everyone has access to clean water and food, everywhere has access to healthcare and an education. We can together become a developed country in my belief.

Domestic Affairs/Economy - 5.40 billion
Construct stable, strong, low cost high quality housing across Benin in areas with high homeless levels and areas with large markets. The housing should be apartment blocks, two story housing, bungalows etc., generally whatever is in demand. - 500 million (Last year)

Continue my usual action of having a full time campaign. This year, included in the campaign should be an attempt at gathering all support possible in Benin, as a young part of our collective group of nations. The usual procedure should continue, posters, rallies etc. -50 million

Continue to invest in the Togo Coffee Company, ensure it's running at optimum capacity. Modernize the factories and the brand, try to launch it global. - 500 million

Continue to buy up the mining companies inside my countries. Once done, merge them all together whilst retaining the employees. Rename this merged form 'West African Mining Corporation'. Ensure we control a large chunk of the sector. Continue to buy up more mines ourself to add to it. - 1 billion

Invest some funds in the Chadian economy. Go for solid sectors, manufacturing etc. to ensure we don't make losses. - 200 million

Invest some funds in the South Sudanese economy. Go for solid sectors, manufacturing etc. to ensure we don't make losses. - 150 million

Upgrade the ports across Togo, Ghana and Benin. Ensure they're some of the most modern in Africa and can transport and hold items with ease. - 1 billion

Construct factories right across Togo, Ghana and Benin. In an attempt to add a lot of industrialization to the economy, we shall lease and sell these factories to companies across the world. The factories are to be modern and be able to work on different products, from clothes to tanks. - 2 billion

Foreign Relations
Nigeria - Nigeria and Togo now share quite a special relationship. We show complete and utter respect for Nigeria, and believe that they could teach us towards the future. We offer Nigeria the prospect of uniting with Togo, Ghana and Benin. We would invest atleast 5 billion in the first year in Nigeria, in services such as healthcare, education, homes, jobs and policing, to cut down the crime on Nigeria's borders. Following this, we would continue to invest in Nigeria and its interests.

Burkina Faso - Offer Burkina Faso a merge. We would improve your GDP, which is one of the lowest in the world. We would also invest heavily in your healthcare and education systems - to bring them up to par with Togo's as we have a very good standard... for Africa, which is always improving. We would then invest in providing homes for those who need them, support first time buyers and those who find the current prices hard, we would offer cheap and quality housing. We would also provide jobs, in which Burkina Faso has a high unemployment count. This should completely improve the Burkina Faso for the better, if they were to join Togo.

South Sudan - Speak with South Sudan about the hostilities of the North and Somalia. We would like to entend our hand to South Sudan ontop of our alliance, and state that if they wish it, we would be willing to sign a Treaty between our two states of a military union. Togo would control the joint forces and we would defend South Sudan against conflict that might damage the state. We would pledge our military to the defence of our two great nations. Alongside this, promote our relations. Get a feel of what the state would feel regarding a union of Togo and South Sudan in the future, but nothing formal.

Mali - Offer Mali an alliance based on our previous relations in which we entered a three way union - Mail, Ghana and Guinea. We wish to improve relations with our nieghbouring state, one of which we share so much history. We also advise that you do not accept a merge into Lord Dan Win. A grand political relationship with Togo, Ghana and Benin, as we see it, is worth much more. We have created a strong establishment in West Africa, one of which we have much political influence in the world. We have an advanced economy, in which we can promote your own. We beg that you do not accept the merge of Lord Dan Win, as it wouldn't be the best for your country.

UN - Condemn Silver's invasion. State that both the government's of Sudan have no link the the past government that committed human war crimes. Advance the point to the UN Security Council and call for an immediate withdrawal of troops from Noth Sudan or we may have to get involved in defence. Use our own legal team to draw up a list of illegal acts performed, attempt to include murder for each person that dies in the conflict that is fighting for Sudan. Also make a bid for Silver to have to pay reparations for any damages.

AU - Echo what has just been said to the UN. Attempt to drum up support for Silver to be kicked out of Sudan with diplomacy, or military if required.
