Ok back on topic - my opinions for what its worth 
21 ~NB~ Have been in K16 for months without making much progress can't see them surviving much longer 4/10
22 N13K 42% of K85, 77% of K95 definition of a rim tribe, will be around a month r 2 longer but I can see EXP taking them out 6/10
23 DOW controls K65 but no room for growth surrounded by big tribes that will make their move before the end of Jan imho 4/10
24 EXT having looked at the dominance map I couldn't find this tribe then i clicked into them.. EXP academy... as a tribe will eventually merge into EXP players will live on tribe won't 6/10
25 =KN2= grouping this one with =KN4=, not a bad location even if it is on the rim, room for expansion, no major threats that i can see 7/10
26 KGM Sharing K43/44 with W1N no room to grow, can only see disaster here sorry 2/10
27 FUN Dominant in K63 reminds me kinda of LIO surrounded on all sides, only a matter of time before they merge into someone else or die 5/10
28 ORC² Part of the ORC family I assume? nice room for expansion in the north west should be ok for a few months anyway 8/10
29 3LIONS Another tribe i'd never heard of, tiny tiny share of K78 will see this crew merging into someone else most likely by Feb 2/10
30 KnK Tiny portion of K50, not big enough or strong enough from the looks of it to survive much longer sorry! 3/10
31 -ODA- Neighbours of ours in K16, have taken a nice chunk of the K from ~NB~, not sure where they go from here but best of luck with it 5/10
32 LRAG Maybe i'm blind but I couldn't find one continent on the dominance map that had LRAG 1st or 2nd ?? Sorry don't know enough to comment
33 BCW My tribe not going to comment at all on this crew
34 Indie Like this tribe, former LIO members, surprised at their survival thus far but you have to admire them for it! 8/10 for survival skills
35 EXTK~I Is this or is this not another EXP academy? if it is the merger will ensure survival of the players but not the tribe, if it isn't then I can't see them surviving long term, while they do have room for expansion they also have EXP/WET and [RES] close by!
36 13. Another tribe i had to search for on the map, not enough control of K77 to survive with EXP breathing down their necks 2/10

38 UDog Not a bad little tribe 6 members nice averages, can see this crew causing problems for WET and CHE!!! Long term outlook is bad but short term should be interesting 5/10
39 G.G.P Potential for growth is fair,having EXP as nearest neighbours doesn't bode too well though 6/10
40 K-BORN Part of the BORN family currently getting kicked by CHE!!! an WET 0/10
Alot will depend on how the top 5 tribes behave in the next month or so
A war between any of the top 10 even will give the smaller tribes breathing space to grow

Are you looking at the same stats as everyone else?? ~NB~ are top ranked in k15 and k16 and are now 18th in the overall rankings with only 28 members.
January has certainly been interesting, especially for your tribe, oh sorry, ex-tribe, can't see them surviving much longer :lol:
