speed server settings suggestions

Suggestion for settings.

Never ever ever use this stupid system which can leave players without the ability to make nobles if they dominate.

I just Nobled a 001 village so it already had 3 villages under it's Academy thing so I can't do anything with it!!!! What's the use in it!!!

I just want two nice 300-400 speed rounds for the weekend. The long round seemed to be rather boring because the tribe that had like 3 other tribes in total?

A start of 9am would be cool, finish possibly near 10pm?
