i would prefer a bit of a bigger tribe limit and NO paladin!

Paladin without weapon is as good as NO paladin. Larger tribe limit a bit more like 20 players. 10 Would be bit too small.

I dont see the point of having Paladin without weapon, other than quick support transfer.

sure.
i find a paladin too much. It just makes the game easier at the beginning! It is also dumb because for new players and they have no idea about a paladin the experienced players can just farm them really easily and it is unfair. And i think that the paladin is just annoying! But people may have other views too this...
also larger tribe limit. I would say around 30 because say if you had a couple of friends from another world around 9 (which is exactly what i am doing!) and you all join the tribe then you can't invite anybody not even new friends who are new... sure you can have family tribes but it isn't really the same. Also doing this then all the new players have no chance at getting in a tribe because the tribes would only want experienced players! Sure they might make there own tribe but they will just get nobled when they get good enough. So i think it should be about 30.

The advantage of a paladin regardless of weapon enabled or disabled would be for quick early farming, someone correct me if i'm wrong......

It hurts early farming more than it helps. World without it a larger amount of players mine whore before making spears, meaning that those smart enough to start farming early have much less farming competition on non-pally worlds. Also its main use is fast support, something that benefits the defender in a game where the defender already has the advantage.

ie. I as well vastly prefer no paladin.

To answer the initial question though:

Not possible. There's not two separate values as far as the code is concerned. Positive of this because Tracey wanted W5 to be speed 1 with 1.5 loyalty rise per hour but was told that it wasn't possible.

Same as Red but Barbs to 1k points and 20 member limit with no night bonus (I like attacking when no-one is one).

Depends, if two codes are running simaltenously then it does effect one another. Changing one requires changing the other one thus changes the whole equation.

World Speed <=> Loyalty Increase < Like Nauz pointed out, they dont work as seperate values thus directly proportional to each other. Both must be working in pre-defined parameters.
