How am I suppposed to know which barbs u have set ur eye on???.... U nobled 4 villages in my 15*15 since I started the game does it mean I shud consider u enemy automatically

The area is loaded with barbs....wot difference one barb makes...I wud have let u have it but i guess it cant be made barb again for sometime now...U practically have villages everywhere... why r u so keen on nobling in this region only
