I don't think stats from the status page are entirely accurate, but even so, that's lower than I expected.

They aren't that active at all. From what I can tell, the days for example 22nd March 2013. Had 3 rounds, the 3 round getting 134, 232 and 199 players.
Though Im not going to argue, there was a reason for the longer rounds close together.

The reason I said they (the stats) weren't accurate is because on .net's status.twstats it took like a week for speed to go from 600ish to 1 after they stopped doing regular rounds (ie, instead of going from 600 - 1 overnight). I can only imagine that premium saved on speed had something to do with it.

Building queue: is as important as f.a, if you not getting points and building things without a break, will end up with less troops and a good noble target

I agree that you don't need any sort of prem for a longer building que. I personally don't have problems, although i can see how it helps. FA is the only thing you should buy, and AM if you have alot of cities and have the money to spend, but thats all.
