whenever I recruit someone - I look at how long they last on previous worlds, their nobling records, research the people they've played with in the past and even manage to dig up personal references or recommendations in some cases...
So, in response to what you just said D1... its kinda like having too many jobs on your CV in RL. If you have too many in too short a time, people might think you're pretty useless and keep quitting when things don't go your way, make bad decisions, or that you get bored easily... none of which are good attributes!..
